I just finished My Friend Leonard last night! Just as good if not better than the first one! I highly recommend both books (this is the sequel to A Million Little Pieces) to everyone! Especially those who are in recovery!

This book made me smile, made me laugh, made me cry. WHAT A BOOK!!!

Well the trip to Pinehurst, NC was GREAT! However now I'm back at home in San Diego and it's just the same ole' shit. Busy busy busy. Up to my eyeballs in work and got a 12 page research paper that I need to write for English Class tommorrow night! UGH. But all in all life is great. I can't complain.

Thanksgiving in Pinehurst

Well I'm still here in Pinehurst North Carolina. I hate to say that I've got to leave Wednesday morning to return to the normal everyday hustle and bustle that comes with working and living in San Diego.

One of the things that I love most about this beautiful town is the speed at which everything changes and moves. It is so peaceful and relaxing to just sit outside on the porch and hear the rain fall and the squirels play.

It has been an awesome trip. The primary reason we(Parents and I) came out here was (a) I got one hell of a deal on airfare, $89 bucks each way. (b) To surprise my 89 year Grandmother for Thanksgiving. Needless to say she was very surprised.

Had the good fortune of being able to play golf while I was here as well as see a Carolina Hurricanes game. Both were great. Hopefully in the not to distant future I'll be able to play Pinehurst #2.

This is a most beautiful town and I highly recomend anyone and everyone to visit. Even if you're not a golfer.
